Project Co-ordination

BEC Consultants is experienced in establishing and managing project time lines and budgets and the administrative duties associated with large-scale project co-ordination. Examples of large national studies that the company has delivered include the National Survey of Native Woodland in Ireland and the Irish Semi-natural Grasslands Survey.
